Hey guys, quick tip on your emails, especially ones that are trying to sell or promote something new.
A study was done that shows, and they studied 10 million emails, that when the email is less than 150 words, you get a 60% bump in the response rate, in the reply rate.
So short. Not long.
Sometimes we see these emails rolling.
You ever do this? You open an email and it's like 4 or 5 paragraphs. You're like, "Oh," and you just scan through it, right? You don't read the whole thing.
But what if it's 150 words, though? Of course you're gonna read it. It takes two seconds.
So make sure your emails are tight, concise, fast, easy to read, and your response and reply rate will go up dramatically.
By as much as 60%!

Question:
Who is your target audience?
When you are spending dollars, you need to target a specific audience. The big mistake most agents make is targeting everyone. They say, "Anybody thinking about buying or selling real estate, please contact me." Maybe it's first-time home buyers, investors, or second home buyers. You might get even more specific, like targeting someone aged 45 to 55, who has owned their home for over 15 years, has a low mortgage, and wants to move closer to family and friends.
By the way, this is the #1 seller in today's market in 2024.
If I'm targeting this kind of seller, my messa...
Here's a target market right now that could be a massive opportunity for us:
We should be looking for opportunities. In every market shift, there's an opportunity. And one opportunity we're starting to see is retirement.
People are accelerating their retirement plans. In fact, the number of retirees in the marketplace is up 13.7% in the third quarter of this year.
Why?
A lot of people just don't wanna face the challenges of recessionary markets and things happening, and that's out of their control. They just want to exit and enjoy the rest of their time, right?
So when you have a retiree, by definition, a lot of times what they do is they want to downsize. They wanna scale back their lifestyle, so they can afford the retirement. And we're seeing this a lot with empty nesters and just people that are ready for the next phase of their lives.
So these retirees are perfect target audience for us in that they're probably likely gonna be scaling back their house, and mov...
