Hey, brokerage owners and team leaders. I'm sure you've experienced this because I've experienced it a million times:
As a brokerage owner, later as you get a stream of agents coming into your office and they're always asking the same exact question. Like, "Oh, I got to ask you about this." And you're like, I've answered this like ten times this week. Drives you a little crazy, a little bananas.
But you go through and you do it again, and you think about that time suck of answering the same question over and over and over again.

And that is to create your own little mini university, right?
Your mini university just means you're going to create a recorded answer where you answer this frequently asked question, this FAQ question.
And now you push this out to your office and say, "Guys, I'm getting this question a lot. I just want to answer it en masse."
You put it on your Facebook closed group. Maybe if you had a YouTube channel, a private one, you put it out there.
But maybe you say, "Hey, I want to organize this in a better way. How can I organize an actual university?"
And maybe this is a recruiting opportunity as well.
And you label it. You label your company university, right?
How do you do it?
A lot of companies out there that’ll give you the power to do that.
Udemy is one, Thinkific is another that we've seen a lot of our folks use.
So those are two that you might check out online: Thinkific and Udemy. Great solutions for building your own courses.
And you can go bigger. You can not just answer questions like you have an FAQ section. You can have whole classes that you build out on technology, on lead generation, on follow-up, on forms, whatever.
And now you're really building some value because you're teaching and coaching all the time.
Why don't we do this in an organized way where we capture content? I call this content capture.
And when we capture content, now we're not repeating ourselves a million times, right?
Somebody comes and asks the question, "Hey, I'll give you a short answer, but I've got a long answer for you. I'm going to shoot you a link."
There you go.
They call you: "Hey, I got a great answer for you. It'll take five minutes. Watch this. I'm going to send it to you right now."
Bam.
People will find true value in that.
