This business is not about what agents really want.

It's those offices that are showing agents a path to a higher transaction count (and this is the biggest thing you should focus on).
They're giving them a way to increase the number of transactions they're closing. Now, whether those agents take advantage of it or not, that's a whole other question mark, a whole other conversation.
But they're showing them, "Hey, here's the tools, the strategies, the techniques, the training, and the support systems that we have in place to help you grow transaction count."
This is what we call hard value when it comes to recruiting.
And until you figure this out, until you master this area of your business—what we call your value proposition—you're going to struggle as a recruiter.
You've got to get this dialed in.
