The Overlooked Trick for Attracting Top Talent to Your Brokerage

But the only way they’re going to call you is because you’ve opened the door to the conversation. You’ve been consistently reaching out, touching base, having conversations, and creating a relationship — to the degree that they know the door is wide open and they can come talk to you at any time.

That’s how you recruit at a high level. That’s how you move top producers.
The people who say they would never move — they’ve been 20 years at that company, 30 years at that company, they’re never going to make a change — yes, they will, and yes, they do.

But it’s the ones who are consistent with their recruiting efforts who win.
