That way, you’ll be able to see when new listings hit the market, when there are price reductions, when homes go pending, and when they close—just like I do, and just like every other buyer does.”

This lets sellers stay in tune with what’s really happening, so they can make informed, real-time decisions and be more responsive to market conditions.

They’ll say yes, of course—and now they’re getting a live stream of market activity. It’s incredibly helpful for positioning, pricing, and ultimately selling more quickly and for top dollar.
