Let's make the most of it! Instead of reaching out to one homeowner a day, let's aim for two or three. We can really make an impact this month. So here's the plan:

And I'll walk them through the details. At the end of the video, I'll mention that if they'd like a more precise assessment, I can come by and do a quick walkthrough.

I'll also let them know that if they're not ready to sell, but know someone who is, I'd appreciate their referrals. And, of course, if they ever decide to make a lifestyle change and need my assistance, I'll be there for them.

I'll conclude the video by expressing gratitude for their loyalty and support.
