The Single Best Circle Marketing Letter I’ve Ever Received

But the market's somewhat thin regarding options. She only has interest in a couple of areas of Ashland and your home located at 135 West Nevada street lies in one of those areas. She recently sold a home so she'll be a cash buyer with no financing contingencies that might get in the way with any other potential buyer.

I want to reiterate that I'm not trying to list your home, but rather doing a service for my client by trying to find someone that has interest in knowing what their home is worth in this market and possibly entertaining the idea of selling at this peak time.

The proposed timeline for the sale would be a close about April 1st to April 15th, sometime, but like with all things in real estate, this is negotiable.

With all this being said, I would be glad to sit down with you and give you a thorough evaluation of your home so that you, me and the buyer are all on the same page. This is a person looking for a home and not an investor. So you won't be getting a low-ball estimation and/or offer. The focus here is a fair deal for everyone and everyone would be kept in the loop.
