A friend of my sent me a picture of your house and your sign. It looks amazing. Has anyone given you an update on your competition in the neighborhood?

I noticed that you have your home for sale - Did you know that your neighbor sold their house on <date>? Would you be curious to know the details - sales price, terms, etc?

Be prepared for a fast response. Often text messages are quickly responded to. The faster you can engage a potential client the more likely you will be to set your first appointment. In addition remember the goal is never to list the home, it’s simply to set an appointment and begin the conversation.
