Interest rates are predicted to hover at 7 year lows and provide an incentive for buyers and sellers to enter the market. 

Home Sales Pace: 

The number of transactions is predicted to rise moderately and remain very stable for 2020. 

Appreciation Rates:

Home values will be very stable with home prices rising between 3-4% for most of the country. Again good news for buyers and sellers entering the market.
