As a Real Estate Brokerage Coach I am honored to be conducting your interview. I have worked with hundreds of real estate companies to help them recruit and retain top talent, build systems, add staff, re-structure commission plans, create tech stacks, and build a culture that attracts agents to their firm. Here is what to expect when I conduct your interview. First this is an informal chat so no need to be nervous at all. We will discuss your history, reputation, and experience in real estate. Prepare to have some fun and answer five to ten questions. You may best prepare by giving thought to what sets you apart, along with special experiences and insights your colleagues will be excited to hear about. 

I would recommend hopping on the calendar immediately as dates fill up fast. Just pick a time that is easy!
